P12 provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities.
Elevators and access ramps
P12 has an elevator should you wish to access the stands. A raised platform will be installed to ensure good visibility for standing events (facing the stage.)
The bar and merchandising stand are equipped with lowered counters adapted to guests in wheelchairs.
P12 maintains the right to refuse access to certain areas where your safety would not be completely guaranteed.
There are two different lavatories in the main hall, both equipped with suitable compartments.
When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating to ensure proper accommodations. A seat for the accompanying person will be provided.
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.
Accessible seating is available online, by phone and in person at the P12 box offices.
PRMs are requested to pre-book to ensure accessible seating in the reserved area. A seat for any accompanier will also be provided.
Pre-book by telephone on 0032 (0)2 474 83 20 from Monday till Friday between 10 am and 5 pm.
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
Service animals are welcome in P12 and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so please plan accordingly.
Please bring your parking card or medical certificate and head to parking E nearby the PRM entrance. At the entrance, a group of non-profit volunteers will assist you and will usher you to your reserved accessible seating before the show before escorting you to the exit after the show
