Tickets

How can I buy tickets?

You can buy your VIP tickets via our Corporate Hospitality service or via Ticketmaster if the number of reserved tickets is less than 10.

Where are the VIP seats?

All our VIP seats are located in the VIP Avenue. The VIP Avenue is located just under the balcony with an immediate access to the P12 Lounge Club.

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your e-tickets (sent by email) for the parking and the show as well as a letter containing all the practical information you need around 2 or 3 weeks before the show.

I haven’t received my tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets within the timeframe mentioned above, please contact us by sending an email.

Are there any upgrades available?

If you bought regular tickets and you would like to buy an upgrade to live the VIP experience in our Private Lounge Club, please email your detailed request or call us on: +32 ( 0)2/474 83 14.

 

Show and Venue Information

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Should the show be postponed we will let you know as soon as possible and inform you about the procedures by email. If a show is cancelled, please send an email with your coordinates and bank number account so that we can refund you as soon as possible.

What time does the P12 Lounge Club open the doors before the show?

For the Pure Experience formula, doors open one hour and half before the show and for the Premium Experience formula, they open two hours before the show.

Can I bring my camera and/or take pictures?

Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited during the show. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Does a VIP Package include a meeting with the artist?

No, it doesn’t.

Are there smoking areas?

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted inside the P12 Lounge Club but you have outdoor access if needed.

Is there Wi-Fi inside the P12 Lounge Club?

Free Wi-Fi access is available to all guests.

Is there access for persons with reduced mobility in the VIP Lounge Club?

All our VIP areas are designed in order to welcome persons with reduced mobility.

Cloakroom

P12 Lounge Club provides a cloakroom kept by our professional hostesses but Palais 12 cannot be not be held responsible for the content of your deposit.

Where’s the entrance of the Parking E (VIP Parking)?

You can enter the Parking E via Rue de Madrid or via Avenue Miramar. Please show your e-parking ticket at the entrance of the parking.
